“The inn was very lovely with nice surroundings and clean rooms. It was bit odd to have a chair place adjacent to the gas fireplace but since it was so warm out the fireplace was not used. The bed was comfy, the ground pretty and the location very quiet.”

“We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.”

“New property and well kept. The location is great. I was able to use a bike in the morning and explore Healdsburg. The pool was great and fairly quiet. Loved that as adults we could use the hot tub later at night after hours. We brought our dog and they gave us dog bowls, poop bags, treats, and even asked if we needed a dog bed. Our dog loved his stay too! The hotel greeting is amazing. They greet you with a bite from the chef and offer a complementary glass of wine. The staff also offered……

“A peaceful and beautiful escape! For my first visit to Gurneville, Cottages on River Road added an extra layer of fun and excitement with our own private space, a wonderful fire pit with provided s’mores, and amazing staff! Looking forward to going back!”

“Property is pretty. Staff was fine. Some beautiful areas with rose bushes etc. cottage rooms are small for the price”

“The gym was spacious and had lots of light. I didn’t use the bikes since I had a short stay but I like the option. The complimentary wine was a nice touch and breakfast was better than average. Did not like that ~45% of my bill was taxes and fees, including a $20 parking fee and $18 tourism fee. The hotel was good, though not exceptional. Staff were fine, neither unfriendly nor friendly, nothing outstanding as far as customer service.”

“I checked in late, 9pm, and there was no one to help on site with check in. Needed to call an after hours line. Door to my room was open which was strange. Overall property was nice and room was spacious.”
